Seller and scope
Your contracting partner is Gabriel Matrescu, a sole trader trading as Imagine It Delivered, Polizeimeister-Kaspar-Straße 28, 60320 Frankfurt am Main, Germany; sales@imagineitdelivered.de; +49 174 7545472; VAT ID DE335166219. These terms cover purchases of physical goods through iidelivered.com.
Consumers are individuals acting predominantly outside their trade or independent profession. Individually agreed terms take priority. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Ordering and formation of the contract
Product listings invite you to place an order. Choose the item, variant and quantity, add them to the cart and enter your details at checkout. You can review and correct your details and quantities before submitting the order. By completing the final action clearly indicating an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
We accept your offer when you receive our express acceptance or a dispatch confirmation that expressly accepts it, when we request payment, or when we collect payment, whichever occurs first. If there has been no earlier acceptance, the contract is formed when you receive the goods. A payment authorisation or reservation alone is not collection of payment. A message that solely acknowledges receipt of your order, without acceptance or a payment request, does not by itself constitute acceptance.
Contract language and documents
You may order in German or English. We provide confirmation of the contract, its content and the required consumer information on a durable medium, normally by email. You may also save or print the displayed terms. An account is optional and does not replace the contract confirmation. Please keep your order documents.
Prices and payment
B2C prices are stated in euros and include the applicable VAT. Additional shipping charges are disclosed before you place the order. Our shipping policy explains destinations, charges and delivery periods. Free standard shipping applies only to Germany from a qualifying goods value of €50.
Delivery and risk
We deliver to the agreed address within the stated delivery areas and the delivery period communicated before ordering. Our shipping policy identifies island restrictions and other excluded areas. We inform you of delivery problems; statutory rights relating to delay and non-delivery remain unaffected.
For consumers, we generally bear the risk of accidental loss or damage until delivery to the consumer or nominated recipient. Statutory exceptions remain applicable, including where a consumer independently appoints a carrier we have not named. Immediate notification to the carrier is not a general condition for statutory claims.
Withdrawal and defective goods
Our withdrawal and refund policy explains statutory consumer withdrawal rights and includes a form. Statutory rights apply to defective goods. A manufacturer's guarantee applies only to the extent expressly offered. A hygiene-related withdrawal exception does not remove defect rights.
Liability
Our liability is governed by law. These terms do not impose a blanket limitation of liability or restrict mandatory rights concerning death or personal injury, intentional conduct, gross negligence or statutory product liability.
Shopify and privacy
Shopify provides our store. Shopify processes visit and purchase data for activated enhanced services that also incorporate information from interactions with other merchants and Shopify. Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers in other countries. Details and consent options are explained in our privacy policy, the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify privacy portal. Accepting these terms does not replace any required data protection consent.
Order quantities
Retail checkout permits a maximum of 10 units of each individual variant per order. Different sizes or fragrances are counted separately. Wholesale quantities and conditions are agreed individually in a quotation.
Wholesale enquiries
wholesale.iidelivered.com provides business information and an enquiry form. Submitting the form is not an order and does not create a purchase contract. Prices, quantities, delivery and payment terms are agreed in a separate quotation. These terms do not grant business purchasers a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
Complaints and applicable law
Please send complaints to sales@imagineitdelivered.de or the address above. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow statutory rules. No exclusive German court venue is imposed on consumers, and mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence is preserved.
