Refund policy

This information applies to consumers buying goods from Gabriel Matrescu trading as Imagine It Delivered. It does not grant business purchasers a statutory consumer right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. For goods in one order delivered separately, receipt of the final item starts the period. For one item delivered in several parts, receipt of the last part starts the period.

You may use the form below, but it is optional. No approval or explanation is required. Sending your notice before the withdrawal period ends is sufficient.

Refund after withdrawal

If you withdraw from the entire contract, we refund your payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery. We do not refund the additional cost of a more expensive delivery service you selected. We reimburse you without avoidable delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We use your original payment method unless we expressly agree another method with you and you incur no costs as a result. We do not charge refund fees. We may wait until we have either received the goods or received your evidence of sending them back, whichever comes first. This does not apply if we have offered to collect the goods.

Sending goods back

Send or hand over the goods without avoidable delay and within 14 days after your withdrawal notice to our authorised returns recipient:

Sending the goods before the return period ends meets the deadline. Please package them securely and keep evidence of dispatch. An order reference helps us identify the purchase. Original packaging and a return authorisation number are not general conditions for exercising statutory rights.

Return costs

For non-defective goods returned unused, Imagine It Delivered covers the direct return shipping costs to BigBox-Fulfilment (IID), provided you notify us of your withdrawal within the applicable statutory withdrawal period. This is normally fourteen days from receipt of the goods, as explained in the withdrawal instructions. The goods must then be sent back within fourteen days of your withdrawal notice.

Please contact sales@imagineitdelivered.de to coordinate return shipping. BigBox-Fulfilment (IID) will send you the return shipping label. A withdrawal notice sent within the applicable period is sufficient; our prior approval is not required. The unused-condition requirement concerns this return-shipping offer and does not create a blanket restriction of your statutory withdrawal right. Necessary inspection of the goods, rights concerning defects and applicable statutory exceptions remain unaffected.

Inspecting goods and hygiene

You may handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. You may be responsible for a proportionate loss in value caused by handling beyond that level if the statutory requirements, including the required withdrawal information, are met. We do not charge a flat restocking fee.

The right of withdrawal may cease for sealed goods if their seal is removed after delivery and those goods are objectively unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. We apply this exception only where its legal conditions are met for the particular product. Opening ordinary packaging, or the fact that a product is a cosmetic or adhesive, does not create a blanket exclusion. Rights concerning defective goods remain available.

Defective incorrect or damaged goods

Statutory rights concerning defective goods apply against us as the seller. Subject to the legal requirements, remedies include repair or replacement and, where applicable, a price reduction, termination of the contract or damages. A separate manufacturer's guarantee applies only where expressly offered for the product.

For justified defect claims, we cover the necessary costs of the statutory remedy, including necessary return transport. This also applies to an incorrect delivery or transit damage for which we are legally responsible. Please contact us to arrange suitable return transport. Our prior approval, unused condition or photographs are not general conditions of statutory defect rights. Consumers do not automatically lose these rights by failing to report damage immediately to the carrier.

For adhesives, removers and other products with relevant transport warnings, please follow applicable packaging and transport instructions. We can help arrange a suitable return. This does not restrict your statutory rights.

Voluntary returns

This policy does not create an additional extended return period. Exchanges outside statutory rights may be agreed individually. Any goodwill arrangement leaves statutory rights unaffected.
