Shipping policy

All prices and shipping charges are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. The complete amount payable is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping charges

Free standard shipping starts at €50 and applies only to Germany. The qualifying goods value is calculated after applicable discounts and excludes shipping charges. Express and international shipping are charged at the rates above. Your final shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

Where we deliver

We deliver to supported mainland addresses in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Island and overseas destinations are excluded. This includes the Azores and Madeira and islands belonging to the countries listed above. We do not currently offer delivery to Ireland, Malta, Cyprus or countries outside this list. Available services depend on the delivery country, region and postcode entered at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are fulfilled from BigBox-Fulfilment (IID), Große Isel 9, 89233 Neu-Ulm, Germany. In-stock orders are prepared for dispatch on the next business day. We ship with DHL and DPD, depending on the shipment.

The configured transport periods after dispatch are:

• Germany — Express: 1–2 business days.
• Other supported EU mainland destinations — Standard International: 3–5 business days.

Order processing is additional to these transport periods. Delivery-date estimates, where available, are shown at checkout for your selected service and address. A dispatch date is the date the order is sent, rather than the date it arrives.

If a delay affects your order, please contact us using the details below. Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery, non-delivery or damaged goods remain unaffected. Partial deliveries initiated by us do not result in additional shipping charges that were not agreed.

Payment methods

• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay.
• Express checkout and digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• PayPal and Klarna.
• Local payment methods: Bancontact, EPS and MobilePay, where available for your market.

The methods offered depend on your country, device, browser and the payment provider’s eligibility checks. Choose from the options actually displayed at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay require a compatible device or browser and an eligible wallet. Klarna payment options and any payment schedule are shown by Klarna before you confirm them.

When payment is collected

Payment is collected automatically at checkout when you place your order for methods supporting immediate payment, including card and wallet payments. PayPal processes payment through your PayPal account or the options it offers. If you choose a Klarna payment arrangement, the due dates and conditions displayed by Klarna apply. The order total, including applicable VAT and shipping, is shown before the final payment action.

For business purchases, visit Wholesale or email sales@imagineitdelivered.de. Wholesale shipping charges, delivery periods, destinations and payment terms are agreed in your individual quotation. Sending an enquiry does not place an order.
